Ball State University launches Pathify Digital Engagement Hub to streamline campus services
Ball State University has partnered with Pathify to introduce the MyBallState digital engagement hub, aiming to enhance how the university’s 20,000 students and nearly 4,000 employees navigate campus services.
Launched this fall, the platform is designed to provide a seamless, personalized experience by integrating existing systems such as Ellucian Banner and Canvas.
The Pathify platform allows users to access relevant resources and information through a centralized, customizable interface. Student feedback during the evaluation process highlighted the ease of navigation as a key benefit, making the platform a valuable tool for streamlining campus interactions.
Future updates to MyBallState include plans to implement Pathify’s Success and Communities modules. These features will provide additional opportunities for customization, aligning with the university’s focus on enhancing student engagement.
