FDM Group and UiPath team up to develop next generation of automation talent
FDM Group, a global business and technology consultancy, has teamed up with UiPath, an enterprise automation and AI software company, to develop new talent in automation and artificial intelligence.
The collaboration will focus on equipping workers with the skills needed to harness the potential of AI and automation technologies.
According to UiPath’s 2024 Global Worker Survey, half of the workers surveyed said their companies have not provided training or guidelines on using generative AI (GenAI). For companies implementing GenAI, 42% of workers reported saving an average of 10 or more hours each week.
Through this partnership, FDM will leverage UiPath’s Digital Credentials Programme to help customers and partners across UiPath’s global ecosystem find talent with demonstrated abilities in automation and AI.
FDM, known for its investment in talent development, supports training through its Skills Lab and Practices-based model.
Upskilling for a changing workforce
FDM’s commitment to talent creation is supported by an annual investment of £25 million into training and skills development. The company’s partnership with UiPath will support specialised upskilling for apprentices, graduates, ex-forces personnel, and returners to work.
Training will be delivered through FDM’s Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Change & Transformation Practices, and UiPath’s accredited Skills Lab coaches.
