The AI-powered platform is available exclusively to clients using the FranklinCovey All Access Pass and the FranklinCovey Impact Platform, which focuses on long-term behavioral change.

The AI Coach provides users with personalized recommendations, interactive coaching, and real-time feedback to help them apply leadership principles in practical scenarios. It integrates with FranklinCovey’s leadership development content and is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.

The FranklinCovey AI Coach is designed to assist learners by providing real-time guidance based on their job role, industry, and professional responsibilities. It offers structured learning experiences and interactive tools to help users refine their leadership approach.

FranklinCovey CEO Paul Walker explained the purpose of the AI Coach, stating:

Key functions of the AI Coach include:

  • Simulated coaching scenarios: Users can engage in guided conversations to develop problem-solving and leadership skills.

  • On-demand learning: The AI Coach provides short, structured learning sessions, including a “Improve in 5 Minutes” feature for quick skill development.

  • AI-generated feedback: Learners receive insights on how to apply leadership concepts in workplace situations.
