Imagine Learning acquires Pango Education to boost AI-driven K-12 edtech solutions
Imagine Learning, a provider of digital-first curriculum solutions in the United States, has acquired Pango Education, a UK-based generative AI edtech platform.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Imagine Learning’s capabilities in offering personalized, standards-aligned tools for educators while streamlining classroom workflows.
The move will integrate Pango’s AI-driven technology into Imagine Learning’s proprietary Curriculum-Informed AI framework.
Jonathan Grayer, Chairman and CEO of Imagine Learning, emphasized the significance of the acquisition:

Practical applications for educators
Pango Education, founded in 2018 by Adam Still, a former math teacher, and Richard Still, a software engineer, provides tools designed to help teachers streamline lesson planning and access diverse educational resources. By integrating these capabilities, Imagine Learning aims to deliver solutions that reduce teacher workload and improve educational outcomes.
