Panorama Education names Seth Johnson as Chief Client Officer to develop K-12 support

Panorama Education, an education technology company providing a platform for schools to address academic success, attendance, behavior, and life skills development, has appointed Seth Johnson as Chief Client Officer.

In this role, Johnson will lead the client-facing teams, including customer onboarding, success, support, and professional development for K-12 schools and districts nationwide.

Johnson brings over 14 years of experience in client success and customer operations. Before joining Panorama Education, he was Vice President of Customer Experience at LearnUpon, a learning management system company. At LearnUpon, Johnson managed client onboarding, support, community engagement, and documentation, contributing to increased customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

He has also held senior leadership roles at Lucid and Instructure, where he played a significant role in scaling customer operations and establishing strong client relationships.

In his new role, Johnson will collaborate closely with Chief Revenue Officer Trey Yost and Chief Technology Officer Daniel Johnson. His focus will be on aligning Panorama's tools, data solutions, and professional development plans to meet the specific needs of educators and enhance student support.
