Relias Acquires Feedtrail HealthcareXM to integrate patient feedback and workforce solutions

Relias, a workforce enablement and education provider working with 12,000 healthcare organizations, has announced the acquisition of Feedtrail HealthcareXM

The acquisition aims to integrate Feedtrail’s patient engagement and feedback capabilities into Relias’ existing platform, supporting healthcare workforce management and patient care outcomes.

Feedtrail, specializes in real-time, personalized data collection for patient feedback. Its platform enables healthcare organizations to identify operational improvements and improve overall care quality.
