Uniplay unveils AI-powered game-based learning management system for corporate training

Uniplay, an HR-tech startup based in Stockholm, has launched the first fully game-based, AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS).

The platform is designed to address disengagement in corporate training by using immersive gaming principles combined with artificial intelligence to create engaging learning experiences.

Corporate training with game design

Unlike traditional LMS platforms that use simple gamification features such as badges and points, Uniplay integrates core gaming principles like competition, rewards, and immediate feedback.

The system converts training content into mobile-accessible games using an AI engine that adapts to individual learning needs.

Linus Blomberg, Co-Founder of Uniplay and creator of games such as Mad Max and Just Cause, stated:

“In the gaming world, creating immersive, motivating experiences is key to keeping players engaged, and that’s exactly the kind of engagement we’re bringing to corporate training. While traditional learning often feels like a chore, gaming is fun and naturally engaging—transforming tasks into captivating experiences.”

Key features of Uniplay’s platform include:

  • Game-Based Learning: Interactive games built from corporate training content, accessible via mobile devices.

  • AI-Powered Customization: Personalized learning paths based on individual performance and goals.

  • Rewards and Recognition: Gamified achievements, including redeemable Uniplay coins.

  • Drag-and-Drop Interface: Trainers can easily transform training modules into interactive games.

The platform also supports onboarding and compliance training, offering HR and Learning & Development teams tools to streamline processes, adapt content in real time, and enhance workforce engagement.

Eric Francia, CEO of Uniplay, commented:

“Our mission is to make corporate training fun. By combining gaming’s engagement with AI’s precision, we create enjoyable, educational learning experiences that solve the challenge of employee engagement.

“We’re equipping heads of HR, L&D and other business leaders with the ability to deliver not just learning but joy — empowering them to offer engaging, valuable training that employees actually look forward to. Our scalable, easy-to-deploy solution boosts engagement from day one, shaping the future of corporate training”.
