Wildix launches new e-learning platform to enhance MSP and SI training

Wildix has launched a new e-learning platform. The company aims to improve training and certification processes for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and System Integrators (SIs).

Wildix is a global unified communications solution provider that enhances business efficiency and productivity, particularly in sales-oriented environments. The platform is now also open to guests, allowing partners to invite their customers to participate in courses like the Collaboration series.

The platform's design provides immediate access to technical support and includes a streaming service that organises educational UCaaS topics by specific themes. These channels cover areas such as system configuration, dial plans, insights into Wildix products, and the latest product updates and releases.

Steve Osler, CEO of Wildix, highlighted the platform's strategic benefits, stating:

“As a former SI, I deeply understand the unique challenges our partners face. Our enhanced e-learning platform is a testament to our commitment to being a partner-first organisation, providing the tools needed for them to excel.”

The platform offers personalised content, including training materials and webinars, to refine skills and enhance market competitiveness. It includes a specialised series, such as a LinkedIn sequence on best practices for MSPs and modules on demand generation and customer retention.

Priyanka Baraiya of Green Bee 3 commented on the platform’s impact, saying:

“With Wildix's new platform, we've completely revamped how we approach training within our team. It’s allowed us to boost our skills more effectively and stay ahead in this competitive market. What really stands out is the customised training — the hands-on sales and marketing courses are not just theoretical but incredibly applicable to what we do every day. It’s been a game-changer for our operational efficiency and overall growth.”

The platform includes a variety of video content designed to accommodate different learning paces.

Elena Kornilova, Product Marketing Manager at Wildix, stated:

“Our platform is not just about learning; it's about providing a strategic advantage. The variety of video content is designed to cater to different learning styles and paces, enabling partners to effectively leverage insights and secure deals.”
