Casey Miller leads Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care as new Chief Executive Officer
Kiddie Academy has appointed Casey Miller as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1.
Kiddie Academy provides educational child care for children from six weeks to 12 years old, offering full- and part-time programs, before- and after-school care, and summer camps.
A third-generation leader, Miller succeeds his father, Michael J. Miller, who serves as Executive Chairman. The family-owned business, founded in 1981 by George and Pauline Miller, now operates 343 locations across 40 states and Washington, D.C.
In his role as CEO, Miller will oversee the company’s strategic direction, provide franchise owner support, and lead the executive team to ensure continued growth. He brings more than a decade of experience at Kiddie Academy, having held roles in operations, construction, and franchise development.
"As CEO, I hope to take Kiddie Academy's educational child care offerings to the next level while honoring the focus on high-quality care that has been our priority for the past 44 years," said Miller. "As someone who can personally attest to what it is like to be educated at a Kiddie Academy, I'm excited for what we plan to offer our future generations."
Kiddie Academy has been expanding its national footprint, with recent openings in Kansas and Idaho. The company plans to add 30 new academies in 2025 as part of its ongoing growth strategy.
"Our goal at Kiddie Academy is to equip children with a curiosity for knowledge and to give them the skillset they need to be successful in life, all while keeping learning fun," said Miller. "We love to hear from parents about their child's accomplishments both in and out of the classroom."
