Gregory Haile joins Strategos Group to Lead Higher Education and Workforce Advisory practice
Strategos Group has appointed Gregory Haile, J.D., as a partner to lead its newly formed Higher Education and Workforce Advisory practice.

Haile’s career spans higher education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship, positioning him to guide the firm’s efforts in driving collaboration between academia and the private sector.
In this role, Haile will support private sector organizations in advancing economic mobility and workforce strategies while advising higher education institutions on fostering innovation and integrating AI technologies.

A career marked by innovation
Haile’s leadership at Broward College earned him national recognition, including a top-10 ranking from the Aspen Institute, which evaluates more than 1,000 colleges. His presidency was defined by significant achievements, such as securing the largest grant and gift in the institution’s history and creating programs to engage low-income communities effectively.
Beyond his work in academia, Haile has served on numerous boards, including Achieving the Dream, BBX Capital, the Everglades Foundation, and Poetry in America.
