Inflection launches DivorceIQ to support employees facing relationship challenges

Inflection has launched DivorceIQ, a program designed to assist employees dealing with relationship difficulties.

The initiative expands Inflection’s workplace wellbeing education platform by providing educational resources that help individuals navigate separation or work toward repairing their relationships.

Jake Anderson-Bialis, Co-Founder of Inflection, said:

"It was crucial for us to provide the education and tools people need while navigating relationship turmoil—not just after a divorce decision has been made. That’s why DivorceIQ includes a detailed relationship assessment to assist those who choose to repair their relationship, as well as support for those who decide to pursue separation.

“Importantly, we recognize that not all relationships fit within the legal definition of marriage. DivorceIQ also highlights key considerations for individuals in long-term partnerships, domestic partnerships, and cohabiting relationships who face similar emotional and logistical challenges."

Impact of divorce and separation on work and mental health

Relationship difficulties can affect workplace performance, leading to lower concentration, emotional fatigue, and decreased engagement.

Dr. Emily Turner, a clinical psychologist and workplace wellbeing expert, said:

"Relationship turmoil doesn’t just affect individuals on a personal level—it often spills over into their professional lives, leading to reduced concentration, emotional fatigue, and burnout. Providing employees with the tools and support to navigate this difficult time can directly enhance their mental well-being and improve their workplace performance."

The program launches as nearly half of marriages in the U.S. end in divorce. DivorceIQ provides video-based guidance for employees and managers, covering both the personal and professional impact of relationship changes.

DivorceIQ joins Inflection’s existing wellbeing education programs, which include MenopauseIQ, FertilityIQ, and SensitivityIQ. These programs provide on-demand content to help employees make informed decisions during major life events.
