LINQ expands leadership team with Philip Hartman as Chief Revenue Officer and executive appointments
LINQ, a software provider for K-12 school operations, has announced the appointment of Philip Hartman as Chief Revenue Officer.
The addition comes alongside the appointments of Laura Thorn as Chief Customer Officer and Christine Pribilski as Chief Marketing Officer.
The hires are part of LINQ’s strategy to enhance its leadership team and support its go-to-market initiatives.
Hartman, who most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at TeachTown, brings over 20 years of experience in revenue operations within the education sector. His focus at LINQ will include fostering sustainable growth and building customer relationships with K-12 school districts.
Hartman commented on the role:
“Our work at LINQ presents a unique and rewarding challenge: to make the school operations experience as seamless as possible for school districts, administrators, parents and students. We’re committed to building a sustainable growth model that will allow us to continue to connect school districts with all of the tools they need to do their jobs in one centralized solution.”
Thorn, who has been with LINQ for nearly two years, previously served as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. Her work has focused on improving customer relationships, increasing user adoption, and maximizing the effectiveness of LINQ solutions. She stated:
“Every decision we face is made with one simple question in mind: How can we improve the school experience for our customers, and ultimately for their parents and students?
“I intend to continue our work to improve every step of the LINQ experience for our customers, including the successful rollout of the refreshed LINQ Connect App, which allows parents to easily view their student’s lunch and breakfast menus and make account payments.”
Pribilski joined LINQ in January 2024 as Chief Marketing Officer, following roles at SoftServe and IBM. Her work includes expanding LINQ’s marketing and customer success teams while focusing on streamlining school district operations.
Pribilski said about the appointment:
“Districts today are contending with fewer resources and greater complexity leading them to search for ways to streamline their back-office operations so they can maximize their impact in the classroom.
“At LINQ, we’ve built a culture and operation that is relentlessly focused on delivering best-in-class, unified solutions that support customers on their journey to modernization.”
LINQ CEO Bryan Jones emphasized the significance of the new appointments:
“The LINQ executive team has been selected for their ability and drive to create and sustain the strong business framework that has made us the go-to provider for school administrators looking to simplify their operations.
“We will continue to provide school leaders—and their parents and students—with the software they need across nutrition, payments, ERPs and forms and workflows.”
