Macmillan Learning appoints Greg David as Chief Revenue & Customer Officer to lead revenue & customer strategy
Macmillan Learning has appointed Greg David as Chief Revenue & Customer Officer (CRCO), a new role overseeing revenue strategy and customer engagement for BFW High School and Higher Education divisions.
His responsibilities include supporting educators and identifying new revenue opportunities.
David has contributed to Macmillan Learning’s customer engagement approach for the past decade. His teams have helped navigate industry changes such as the shift from print to digital learning, adoption of new teaching methods, affordability-focused solutions like inclusive access, and the integration of AI in education.

As CRCO, David will work on expanding digital learning solutions and ensuring they meet educators' needs. He will lead the introduction of personalized learning tools and oversee customer experience improvements. He will also assess opportunities in a changing education market.
